She maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommends best employment practices. Betty provides support and guidance to management and staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions arise. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis of Human Resources from Cal State Dominguez Hills.
