Environmental Construction Monitoring for Fulton Mall Reconstruction Project

FCS provided construction monitoring services to assist the City of Fresno in meeting CEQA and NEPA regulatory requirements and complying with required environmental mitigation measures for the complete reconstruction of the Fulton Mall Corridor in downtown Fresno. FCS provided biological, paleontological, and noise and vibration monitoring and reporting services throughout the three-year construction period. Specifically, the FCS Team conducted pre-construction nesting bird surveys for birds protected by the Migratory Bird Treaty Act (MBTA), in accordance with mitigation measures set forth in the project’s EIR and prepared a survey report for submittal to the City. FCS also provided noise and vibration monitoring and reporting services necessary to conform to the project’s Noise and Vibration Mitigation and Monitoring Plan.
